If you enjoy fruit yogurt in the morning, simply get unsweetened yogurt and add fruits on your own…

Just by doing this you’ll avoid eating roughly 6tsp of added sugar.

Instead of sugar-loaded juice, you can easily switch to smoothies… which is another 3tsp less of added sugar.

As for instant oats… just make your own and add some cinnamon on top.

It’s that simple.
